We expect there to be a slight outage during 0845 and 0900 UTC on 24/08/2017 while we conduct database optimisations, a service restart may be required which will cause a few minutes of downtime. Sites served through CloudFlare shouldn’t experience any downtime.
We have been working on the CloudCanvas database server over the past few hours (03:00-07:00 UTC) to bring more stability and performance to the CloudCanvas platform. Over the coming months, we will also be improving the web server performance and also the signup and payment systems to make managing your CloudCanvas subscription easier.
No downtime is expected during the future updates.
We are currently experiencing degraded network performance in our London location. Our network engineers are actively working with our upstream providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

There will be limited access to your sites admin area when accessing /wp-admin or /wp-login, this is due to a major database server upgrade. The frontend of your site will not be affected in any way and the admin has only been disabled to prevent any changes you make being lost.
This will be in effect from 9am to midday GTM 18th January 2017.
Our monitoring system indicated an issue with the hardware node with the London server. Our engineering team has investigated the issue and initiated a restart of the host node in question.
This event rebooted the server but there is no impact on your data and configurations.
