With CloudCanvas you can integrate with leading email delivery services such as SendGrid and Mandrill to deliver your mail from your own domain ensuring deliverability. In this support article, we will look at the simple steps of designing your outgoing emails from WordPress including, comment approval email, contact form submissions, signup emails and any other email that is sent from your site.
To start you will need to navigate to the ‘Appearance’ menu in your dashboard main menu and click ‘Email Templates’.
You will now be in the email template customiser screen where you can use the live editor to make design changes to your email template.
Within the email customiser you will be able to change elements such as the email background colour, headers, text sizes, footer and so on. You can include HTML within the email footer to add additional images or information such as links within the email footer.
Please note that changing the ‘From Email’ address may not have any effect if you have routed your email correctly with Postman SMTP in your site settings.
